Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing blink-flare.digital (“Site”) or engaging Blink Flare Digital (“Company”) for training services, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site or submit enquiries. Corporate customers must ensure an authorized signatory accepts these Terms.
2. Services Description
The Company provides professional training, cohort workshops, and advisory-style learning related to analytics, attribution, and measurement. Course descriptions on the Site are informational. Exact delivery, prerequisites, and schedules are confirmed in separate written confirmations or statements of work.
3. Eligibility and Conduct
You represent that information you submit is accurate. You will not misuse access credentials, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Site in a way that degrades performance, or upload unlawful content through forms. The Company may suspend access for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
Site content, curricula, templates, and handouts are protected. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal business learning. Resale, public redistribution, or incorporation into competing training products is prohibited without permission.
5. Third-Party Tools and Links
Training may reference third-party platforms (analytics tools, warehouses, visualization products). The Company does not control those services. Your use of third-party tools remains subject to their terms and fees.
6. Disclaimers
Training is educational. The Company does not guarantee business outcomes, model accuracy, regulatory compliance for your organization, or uninterrupted Site availability. Materials may be updated without notice. Except where mandatory law disallows, services and Site are provided “as is.”
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms, the Site, or training services is limited to fees paid for the specific cohort or engagement giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding notice. Consequential, indirect, and punitive damages are excluded unless legally non-waivable.
8. Governing Law, Disputes, Termination, Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul, Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to non-waivable consumer rights. The Company may update Terms; material changes will be indicated by updating the last-modified date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted. Either party may terminate a commercial engagement per the relevant statement of work. Provisions that by nature survive (IP, liability limits where enforceable) remain in effect.
