2. Categories of Personal Data
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company), professional data (role, team size), technical data (logs, device, approximate location from IP), usage data (pages visited, cookie identifiers), and communication content you voluntarily submit through forms or email.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to respond to enquiries, manage cohort registration, deliver training communications, improve the Site, comply with law, secure services, and—where allowed—analyze aggregated traffic patterns.
4. Legal Bases (where applicable)
Depending on context, processing may rely on contract preparation and performance, legitimate interests (secure operations, improving training products without overriding your rights), legal obligation, or consent for non-essential cookies and certain marketing communications.
5. Retention
Contact records tied to live cohorts are retained for the duration of delivery plus applicable accounting and legal retention. Marketing contacts are refreshed periodically. Logs may be kept in shortened form for security monitoring. Retention schedules can be provided on request where feasible.
6. Recipients and Processors
We use infrastructure and communication providers (for example: email delivery, hosting, analytics if consented). Processors are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate safeguards.
7. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside Korea, we implement measures consistent with applicable law, such as contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, and document location of processing where required for enterprise customers.
8. Security Measures
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, encryption in transit where standard, and staff confidentiality expectations. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Subject to Korean privacy law and relevant regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email hello@blink-flare.digital. You may lodge a complaint with competent supervisory authorities where available.
