Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to fee-paying cohort seats and packaged workshops sold by Blink Flare Digital to businesses and individuals in Korea unless explicitly varied in a signed agreement.
2. Cooling-off and Eligibility
Where the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other Korean consumer regulations provide a statutory withdrawal right, you may cancel within 7 days of a purely remote purchase without excessive fees unless services have begun at your request. Enterprise contracts may define different cancellation windows—those provisions prevail when signed.
3. Cancellations Before Start Date
If you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the published cohort start, we refund prepaid fees minus documented administrative costs not exceeding 10% of the fee unless a lower amount is mandated. Inside 14 days, partial credits may apply instead of cash refunds depending on seat commitments we already made.
4. Non-refundable Items
Custom on-site engagements after detailed discovery, optional third-party licenses procured on your behalf, and shipping or perishable materials (if any) are generally non-refundable once ordered. Non-attendance does not automatically grant refunds.
5. Partial Performance
If we terminate for material breach on your side (non-payment, abusive conduct), refunds are not owed for delivered sessions. If we cancel due to force majeure or insufficient enrollment, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled cohort.
6. Process and Timing
Email hello@blink-flare.digital with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines may add additional days.
7. Exceptions and Contact
